At Villa Sisavad Guesthouse, we offer 17 rooms in two buildings:

• The first building for the Standard rooms, one-story, dates back twenty years (at this time, we were among the first to offer a hosting solution in Vientiane, and certainly the first to offer the comfort of a refreshing pool during the great Lao heat) and overlooking the garden and pool. Notice that in our guesthouse, we have 4 rooms accessible to Wheelchairs.
• The second building with Superior rooms is recent (2013), on 2 levels, with the same characteristics as the other building, but a bit more "modern".

The rooms are quite spacious for this category of hotel, and deliver all comfort : you will have air-con, TV (with international channels including movies and news), a fridge and Wifi access in all our guesthouse with many wifi access points.

The rooms are usually cleaned everyday and the bedsheets & towels chaned every 2 days. But this time being, with all the pollution issues, you can ask to have a cleaning on 2 days base. Up to you...

Terms and conditions

– For all reservation, a deposit of 50% can be asked
– Deposits for a cancellation 8 days or more before check-in are reimbursed (not include bank fees)
– Deposits for a cancellation 7 days or less will not be reimbursed. If more than 7 rooms were reserved, the total amount of the stay can be requested.
